While on vacation recently we unfortunately encountered a broken axle on our travel trailer. Being from out of town and the fact that it was a Sunday evening we had no idea who to call for repair. The tow truck driver recommended Absolute Repair and we were towed to that facility. The tow truck driver notified the owner of Absolute Repair that we were in their parking lot. On Monday morning we were greeted by Andrew who evaluated the situation. Peter (the owner) and Andrew were very easy to work with and kept us informed of their efforts to secure a new axle. Once they had the axle they worked quickly and diligently to put the new axle on the trailer and we were back on the road late Monday afternoon. Peter himself worked with another tech to complete the repair. Peter and Andrew are both very knowledgeable, explaining in detail the repair, as well as being concerned for our comfort and offering us the use of their lounge. The repair price was very reasonable. Andrew even placed a follow up call to us the next day to make sure everything was fine with the trailer. We cannot speak highly enough of this company and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Our sincere thanks to Peter and Andrew for assisting us and getting us back on the road so quickly.

Let me first start with when I called Absolute Repair. I spoke to Ralph and told him I had and electrical issue with my head light, his response was come in I’ll have some one take a look at it right away ( I was blown away with that answer ) when I got there all roadside techs were out on calls so I thought well it was too good to be true. Then I was blown away Again when the owner of the shop said he help me himself and started to diagnose and resolved the problem. Thank You Peter I have to say I will Go back To Absolute Repair for years to come.

1st time at this shop was august 2019 great service then. Second time this past monday 30 March 2020. Superb service as the last time. This time however. My repairs were much more involved. The tech (Eric) kept me involved with frequent updates and what he found and what was needed. To expedite the repairs while waiting for parts on one aspect he would work on other things i wanted done. There were issues with parts as my tractor has been cobbled together from several others. He (Eric) did not bolt it together and make it pretty. He investigated looked up part numbers and actully informed me of several aspects of my truck i should know when going in for service. The parts supplier they use was also ecceptional as he made multiple trips while trying to get the right clamps for an exhaust leak and Jake brake bolts. If you want to be treated like a customer should. Come to absolute. I even recieved an after service follow up call to make sure everything was running well. FYI service was on an 08 Pete with a C-15. Also as the tech waited until after 6pm well after closing to finally get me back operational. As the parts guy had to make 1 final run. Another truck came in with a flat repair. Even though it was nearly 2 hrs after closing Eric changed the driver's tire to get him back on the road

Absolute Repairs,,, one of the best shops i have ever had the privilege of having work dun at. The owner,,,sorry i only know you as Peter,,, is the upmost in polite and very very knowledgeable. The techs where all hard workers, and as well very polite and social,to both me as well as my 4 legged buddy Onk. The shop is very well kept very clean and well maintained. The drivers lounge was by far one of the largest and most comforting ones i have ever spent a day and a half in,,,,comfy couch,, as well as free snacks and drinks. I spent a shinny penny there in one day and as i left the shop a new issue arose.... I called them up 10 miles away, and the owner himself came out to help me,, he not only fixed one issue with the roadside service truck,,on the side of the road,,but he also had me go back to the shop, FOLLOWING ME the whole way back,, then noticing i was still having n issue. He then also proceeded to fix a small wiring issue for me for free.. simple fix ,,YES,,, time ,labor and parts YES. Again, he,,Peter, the owner did all this for me for free.... So to all of you at Absolute Repair i must say THANK YOU VERY MUCH you are one hell of a righteous shop and crew and you have and will forever be highly respected and spoken of by me... to any drivers in need of service in the Cumming Iowa area,,, it would be in your best interest to contact this shop. Again thanks alot guys you are all hella awesome! O and for any one who wants to claim this shop is super expensive,, please call around,, their prices are very fair and even lower then most all big name company shops.

Fantastic customer service. Was in for a tire for my truck they got it back up and going very quickly. While I was there they also did a brake and battery check for me. Found out for no charge I needed a new battery. Very very reasonably priced and the one on one customer service felt like I was back in the 60’s at your local service station. Absolute Repair is a great place to get your truck or trailer worked on. Peter (the owner) is very knowledgeable in what he does as I have put him to the test many times over. He has put in several hours into diagnosis the problems I have had with my truck that not even Kenworth could figure out and made the repairs. He just doesn't give up. Their customer service is top notch and they stand behind their work. I have taken my trucks to other shops and walked out of there with a huge bill and nothing much done and a lot of down time. Absolute Repair always gets me right in and out with as little down time as possible. These are very important factors when considering your bottom line, without good mechanics its really hard to make a profit.

Believe all of the good reviews on here. Look at the names of the ones leaving a bad review and you will understand the issues clearer. Peter and his shop foreman were upfront and honest from the start and kept me informed of what was going on along the way. My flywheel ended up being bad so I had some extra unseen costs and agreed to 3650.00. When I went to pay the bill they informed me that they got some of the parts cheaper than quoted and I only paid 3200.00 for my total bill. Who is that honest? This is the first shop that hasn't ripped me off. Thank you. I will do my business here moving forward.
